All submissions are peer reviewed by three or more reviewers, and evaluated based on relevance, technical content, originality, competence, significance, and presentation.
Reviewers are asked to offer constructive feedback to help the authors improve their work, regardless of whether the submission is accepted or rejected.

The use of generative AI tools in submitted works is permissible under certain conditions. Authors are required to disclose the use of AI in generating any part of their submission by indicating clearly what AI tools or methods were used. Authors must ensure any AI-generated content is accurate and appropriately verified. AI should be used to complement and not replace original author contributions.

A single registration grants participants access to all our co-located events.
The conference registration fees are the same whether the authors attend in person or not.
For authors of accepted works, registration fees can NOT be refunded. If the original participant is no longer able to join, another author or colleague can replace them.
For non-authors, refunds will only be made after the conference. A 10% cancellation fee will apply. Notification of cancellation must be sent in writing to the conference contact e-mail before the start of the conference.

Authors of accepted contributions are strongly encouraged, but not required, to attend the conference in person. Authors who are unable to attend physically may request to deliver their presentation live via Zoom.
Please note that the in-person sessions at the conference location will not be streamed.
Remote presenters will join their assigned session via Zoom and present live to the audience attending in person at the conference venue. No Zoom audience will be present, except for other remote presenters who are scheduled to present papers in the same session.
Authors presenting either in person or via Zoom are required to prepare presentation slides.

All accepted and registered contributions (full papers, short/work in progress papers, posters, and contributed talks), regardless of presentation mode, will be published in the conference Proceedings under an ISBN reference and included in the Digital Library.

By submitting a paper, authors indicate their intention to register and present the work if it is accepted. Submissions should not be made solely for the purpose of obtaining reviews from the Scientific Board to improve a paper. Authors are therefore encouraged to submit only papers they are prepared to support through registration, as withdrawals after acceptance are strongly discouraged.
DTR Society is committed to maintaining the highest standards of academic integrity by preventing and addressing plagiarism and self-plagiarism in all submissions. Authors must submit original work, properly acknowledge all sources, and comply with ethical publishing practices. Violations may result in corrective actions ranging from manuscript revisions to rejection, retraction, or submission bans.

Most of our conference series are still in their inaugural or early editions. Indexing is planned for the coming years, once the events mature and become solid in terms of number of contributions and content.
DTR Society aims to enhance the visibility of all its publications. The proceedings will be submitted to various indexes like Google Scholar, SCOPUS, DBLP, PubMed, HCIBib, EI-Compendex, etc.
DOIs are not assigned automatically to articles published by the DTR Society. However, any DTR Society article that has already been published can be assigned a DOI by its author.
As the DTR Society permits authors to republish their work, the simplest approach is for the authors to deposit the published article in a recognized repository such as Zenodo (https://zenodo.org/) or Figshare (https://figshare.com/). These repositories can assign a DOI to the deposited work, making it permanently citable.
